Four of the Palestinian prisoners, who liberated themselves from the Israeli prison of Gilboa last week, have been detained again by the Israeli police. Two of the escapees were detained yesterday evening in the city of Al-Nasirah in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948. The two were identified as Mahmoud Al-Arda, 46 years old, and Yaaqob Qadri, 49 years old. Both are from the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and are already serving life in prison, according to WAFA News Agency.
The other two were detained this dawn near the town of Al-Shibli in Al-Jalil Al-Asfal (Lower Galilee) in the Palestinian land occupied in 1948. They were identified as Zakaria Al-Zubeidi, 46, from Jenin, and Mohammad Arda, 39, from Arraba town near Jenin.
The remaining two prisoners are still free, while the Israeli occupation continues search operation in the West Bank and the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 to find and detain them.
Last Monday, six Palestinian prisoners managed to escape from the Israeli jail of Gilboa by digging a tunnel in the prison in a new victory for the Palestinian resistance against the Israeli occupation.
