Number of victims of the ongoing Israeli aggression against Gaza Strip has risen to 29782 martyrs and 70043 wounded
Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the ongoing Israeli aggression against Gaza since the 7th of last October has risen to 29782 martyrs and 70043 wounded.
The Ministry stated today that during the past 24 hours, the occupation committed 10 massacres in the Strip, claiming the lives of 90 Palestinians and wounding 164, bringing the number of victims of the aggression to 29782 martyrs and 70043 wounded since last October 7th. A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads as the occupation preventdd ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
On the other hand, the Red Crescent Society said that yesterday it had evacuated 24 people from Al-Amal hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Strip, accompanied by the United Nations Office of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), including 18 patients and wounded, 8 of whom needed urgent surgical operations.
“Despite prior coordination with the UN team that accompanied the convoy, the occupation obstructed its passage for about 7 hours at a military checkpoint west of the Al-Amal neighborhood, where all the paramedics were removed from their vehicles and forced to sit on the ground, while three paramedics were tied up and taken to a destination after stripping them off their clothes”, the Red Crescent added.
It noted that the occupation released one of the paramedics hours later, while the others are still detained.
