DAMASCUS,(ST)- The National Table-tennis Championships (men&women) have wrapped up activities in Lattakia.

Scores of athletes representing Damascus, Hama, Idlib, Lattkia and Tartous took part in the said event.

The male players were divided into seven groups where top and a runner-up of each group qualified for the semi-finals. Then they split into four groups.

Each group’s top and a runner-up qualified for the final.

In the final round, the event was continued according to the round-robin format.
