Notables of Arab tribes in Al-Hasakah: One hand in the face of the SDF militias

The sheikhs and social notables of Arab tribes in the governorate of Hasakah said that the people of the governorate are all one hand in the face of the US-backed SDF militias.

They said that the Syrian Arab Army is the guarantee of civil peace and the lifting of the criminal siege imposed by these militias on civilians in Hasaka.

During a meeting with the Governor of Hasaka, Ghassan al-Khalil, tribal leaders from Arab and Kurdish tribes and clans, and social activities and notables discussed the results of the unjust blockade imposed by the militias.

Governor Khalil called on the attendees to take a frank position that rejects the blockade imposed by the militias on their people  and which  prevents  food, bread and fuel from reaching them under difficult living conditions.

Governor Khalil said that we must stand in the face of criminal violations against civilians and reject the American and Turkish occupations which commit the most heinous crimes of theft and plunder of Syrian wealth.

Governor Khalil stressed on national unity and the need not  to undermine civil peace despite the unjust siege practiced by those who had pledged themselves to the occupier and used live bullets to disperse the peaceful protests.

Governor Khalil said: “We will not allow this difficult humanitarian situation to go on, and all the people of the governorate , with their Arab and Kurdish clans, and from the various components categorically reject these practices.”

The US -backed SDF militias continue to impose a suffocating siege on the city center of Hasakah, preventing the entry of vehicles, transport, food supplies, water tanks and other daily basic needs for the people of the city.
