No Military Solution to Crisis in Syria: Envoy

Iranian Ambassador to Ankara Bahman Hosseinpour said crisis in Syria has no military solution and if supporters of terrorist groups in Syria took Iranˈs advice, the crisis would not reach this level, according to IRNA.

Hosseinpour, whose tenure in Turkey ends shortly on Tuesday made the remarks.

Giving his opinion on Crisis in Syria, Hosseinpour said it has no military solution and in spite of Iranˈs advice in the past two years, the situation has got harder, but the sole solution to this crisis is holding talks between conflicting sides.

Replying to a question which countries benefit from this situation in Syria, the ambassador said that everybody knows that western countries, the USA and the Zionist regime are taking the most advantages of the issue.
