New Israeli plan to build 2600 settlement units in the West Bank

The Israeli occupation authorities on Wednesday announced a new settlement plan to establish 2600 settlement units in the West Bank.

WAFA News Agency reported that the new plan aims at expanding the settlements already built on Palestinian lands in the West Bank, including in occupied Al-Quds.

On January 13th, the occupation authorities announced a plan to build 530 settlement units in occupied Al-Quds.

As part of its Judaizing and aggressive schemes to displace the Palestinians, the Israeli occupation has recently escalated settlement building operations in the West Bank, especially in the occupied city of Al-Quds, with the aim of implementing its colonialist annexation plans, in a blatant violation of the international resolutions that affirm the illegality of settlement operations in the occupied Palestinian territories and demand their stop.
