DAMASCUS, (ST)-  The Israeli enemy Sunday evening attacked one of the Syrian Arab army  positions in Aleppo eastern countryside in an attempt to support terrorist groups and its mercenaries in Syria.

A military source told SANA that “the Israeli enemy missiles Sunday evening targeted a military site north of al-Nayrab Airport in Aleppo countryside”, adding that the aggression resulted in “only material damage”.

The new Israeli aggression comes within the framework of the “repeated desperate attempts to support the defeated terrorist groups in the Syrian provinces of Daraa and Quneitra under the strikes of the Syrian Arab army which is carrying on a large-scale military operations against the terrorists’ positions there.

Aiming to raise the terrorists’ morale, the Israeli enemy interferes directly every time the terrorist groups suffer a defeat in a Syrian area. Reports  prove that the terrorist groups constitute the arm of “Israel” and other enemies of Syria to implement anti Syrian state agendas and conspiracies.
