The Israeli enemy at 00:30 this dawn carried out a missile attack from the northeast of Lake Tiberias targeting several points in the vicinity of Damascus, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported citing a military source.
The Syrian air defenses confronted the missiles and downed a number of them, the source said, pointing out that the Israeli aggression led to the injury of two soldiers and caused material damage.
Earlier, sounds of explosions were heard in Damascus and its vicinity.
