New villages join settlement process in Daraa province

DARAA, (ST)_The processe of settling status of a number of gunmen, the wanted and military deserters started on Sunday in the villages of Al-Gharyiah Al-Sharqiya, Al-Gharyiah Al-Gharbyia and Khirbet Ghazala in the northern and northeastern sides of Daraa countryside in accordance with the agreement proposed by the Syrian state.

 

Over the past weeks, Daraa province have witnessed several processes of settling status in different areas where the Syrian army units and the internal security forces have been deployed to guarantee the security and stability as a step to pave the way for the return of normal life to those areas.

 In another development, ,the army units started this morning combing and searching operations inside Al-Jezeh town in the eastern countryside of Daraay and its vicinity to preserve the life of civilians, and to pave the way for the return of the state institutions to their work there.
