New Era in Syria

No   judgment of   any political or democratic option  can be made except through popular interaction with its traits. Giving an opinion in such a case becomes a purely internal  issue, otherwise it constitutes a political interference in the internal affairs of the states and tampering with their sovereignty.

From this stand, we viewed the presidential elections witnessed in Syria over the past weeks. Any neutral and objective observer would realize that the presidential elections in Syria were in full accord with the constitution. Therefore, elections attracted a vast acclaim and unprecedented popular interaction despite the ongoing security turmoil,  the thing that reflected the democratic process and the great expectations and hopes pinned on their results within the framework of the options of the  Syrian people and their perseverance to express the free will of political and democratic options without an outside intervention because the Syrian people are the only source of legitimacy.

Throwing a spanner in the works of the democratic process and paralyzing the state institutions were also the ulterior target pursued by the conspiring powers, terrorists and  takfiris  against the Syrian people. Setting the date for the presidential elections dealt a knock-out blow to their contrived plans that put them in a vicious circle where they expressed statements and stances that only unearthed the profound hatred against the Syrian state.

The thumping support of H.E president Basher Al- Assad mirrors the genuine and authentic deposit of popularity evidencing the right options in challenging the crisis which needed   indomitable will and tough decisions to engulf the crisis.

The Syrian crisis was pressing enough owing to the ongoing events and concomitant repercussions vis- a- vis the regional and international fervor  meddling with  the country. The crisis necessitated a wise, shrewd and unassailable leadership to grapple the issue with great national responsibility.

Triumphing over the colonial schemes that targeted the Syrian structure is a landslide victory to all Syrians and Arabs everywhere.

This remarkable victory would not have been achieved without the Syrian Arab Army, patriotism of the Syrian people and the intrepidity of the H.E President Basher Al- Assad who proved to the world that, in such hard times, he managed to challenge the most aggressive colonial attack in the region by stymieing it to avert  an unprecedented calamity.

The essence and crux matter are manifested by the people around their leadership to assert and enhance their choices in combating this abominable global war.

The Syrian people are well famed for their belonging and loyalty in voicing their support for H.E the president. That would only mean that they are moving forward with the triumphant march , the march of digniy and resistance.
