New emergency and dialysis departments open at Al-Tal National Hospital in Damascus countryside

The Acting Minister of Health Maher Al-Sharaa and the Governor of Damascus countryside Amer Al-Sheikh yesterday opened the emergency and dialysis departments at Al-Tal National Hospital in Damascus countryside, with the contribution of the local community in Al-Tal area, the Development Committee, and the Inash Al-Faqir Charitable Association.

During a meeting with the administrative and health cadres at the hospital after the tour, Dr. Al-Sharaa praised the efforts of the local community and its cooperation with the government to develop and improve the health situation.

He noted that the ministry seeks to improve work within the available capabilities and circumstances according to a priority schedule.

Dr. Al-Sharaa explained that the health sector faces many challenges and difficulties left by the former regime, noting the need for cooperation to advance the health sector and work within the laws and professionalism standards.
