New batch of detainees released within the framework of the settlement agreement in Daraa province

Within the framework of the settlement agreement proposed by the Syrian State in Daraa province to perpetuate security and stability there, 21 detainees, who were misled, but not involved in shedding the blood of Syrian citizens, were released on Saturday, according to SANA reporter.

On November 23rd, another batch of detainees from Daraa was also released within the framework of the same settlement agreement.

Daraa Governor Louy Kharita said in a statement that everyone in the local community should join efforts to provide advice and guidance to the released persons as to help them be effective citizens in their society and to contribute to enhancing security and stabilityز

Head of the Security Committee in Daraa congratulated the families of the released persons on their return to normal life so that they can practice their duty in protecting the homeland and building its future.

Some of the released persons expressed happiness over gaining their freedom and stressed that they will return to their normal life within their communities.

Families of the released people were also so pleased for having their sons back, hailing the state’s efforts to attain settlement in Daraa.
