Nebenzia calls on the international community to condemn the terrorist attack on Russian Belgorod

Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, called on the international community to condemn the terrorist attack carried out by the Kiev regime with missiles on the Russian city of Belgorod, which has killed 18 people so far.
Novosti quoted Nebenzia as saying today: “We call on all responsible governments and relevant international structures to strongly condemn the brutal terrorist attack, which was committed using cluster munitions banned in most Western countries.”
Nebenzia stressed that “this attack is a pure terrorist act in which civilians were directly targeted, and that all its organizers and perpetrators will be punished,” while at the same time he was surprised by “the silence of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, on this matter.”
Nebenzia stressed Russia’s ability to respond to threats, and said: “The more Kiev creates threats to Russia, the more severely Moscow will respond,” adding, “One of the tasks of our special military operation is to eliminate threats emanating from lands adjacent to Russian regions, including those that have become part of Russia after the start of the operation.”
At least 18 people were killed yesterday as a result of a terrorist attack carried out by the Kiev regime with missiles on the Russian city of Belgorod.
