NATO and the European Union must admit their mistakes towards Syria, says Former Slovak Ambassador

Bratislava, (ST) – The former ambassador of Slovakia to the Czech Republic, Peter Weiss, stressed that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, (NATO) and the European Union should recognize the mistakes they committed against Syria, Libya, Iraq and other regions of the world.

In an article published in the Slovakian newspaper “Pravda”, Weiss indicated that, the Alliance and the Union must also learn from the failure they suffered in Afghanistan and learn from the results of those failed foreign policies during the past twenty years.

He called on Western countries to stopping their arrogant policies and all attempts that aim at changing the world according to their own perceptions.
