National Badminton Team to Compete in Greece

DAMASCUS,(ST)-The national badminton team are currently holding an indoor-training camp in Damascus.

The camp is part of the team’s preparation for taking part IN THE Greek International Badminton Championship .

The event is set to be opened on May 14.

It is worth mentioning that the national team took part in the following three events this year: the Fajr International Tournament which was held in Iran, the Asia Badminton Championship which was staged in China and the Youth World Badminton Championship which was hosted by Malaysia.

The national team includes: Ammar Awad, Aram Mahmoud, Mohammad Sawas, Jihad Krayem and Sanaa Mahmoud.
