Mushrooms

Ingredients

    1kg fresh mushrooms, sliced

    1 tablespoon butter or margarine

    2   large onion, sliced

    1⁄4 cup soy sauce

    ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

    Garlic powder

    Black pepper

    2 teaspoon lemon juice

    Salt

Preparation

    1- Melt butter over medium heat in a large pan.

    2- Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.

    3- Add sliced mushrooms, stir to coat, and cook for about 5 minutes then drizzle soy sauce into the mushrooms.

    4- Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.

    5- Continue cooking over medium heat for about 10 minutes, add the lemon juice into the mushrooms and cover the pan. Season to taste with Salt and sprinkle with the cinnamon.

    6- Add the lemon juice and serve hot.
