Ingredients
1 Kg beans, drained, liquid reserved
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoon tahini
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation
1- Combine garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oi in a blender or food processor
2- Blend on low speed, gradually adding reserved bean liquid, until desired consistency is achieved.
