Moscow: Ukrainian cities governors are trading in humanitarian aid

On March 16th, the head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center, Colonel Mikhail Mizintsev, said that the governors of Ukrainian cities are trading in international humanitarian aid for their country.

The RIA Novosti news agency quoted Mizintsev as saying that the governors of Ukrainian cities sell humanitarian aid provided by international organizations, especially the International Red Cross, and that these trades were recorded in the cities of Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Rovno, Lutsk, Dubno, Vladimir Volynsky and Lvov.

Mizintsev noted that the Russian side is preparing the liberated lands in all the necessary conditions for all those wishing to receive humanitarian aid.

Mizintsev added that the for Ukrainians who have been forgotten and betrayed by their government, Russian humanitarian assistance remains the only way to survive in these catastrophic conditions.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian military had transported and delivered more than 40 tons of humanitarian aid to an area in the Kiev region of Ukraine.
