Moscow Denies Media Claims about Russian-Prepared New Draft Constitution for Syria

MOSCOW, (ST)-An informed Russian source has denied media reports regarding a Russian-prepared new draft constitution for Syria.

Talking to Sputnik news, the source said “Russia hasn’t presented any draft constitution for Syria and what has been circulated by some media outlets as a new draft constitution prepared by Russia for Syria” is nothing but a document issued by Carter Center for Studies in the United States.”

 “The document is a paper presented by the opposition and America,” according o the source.
