Mortar round hits Jaramana suburb, killing child

DAMASCUS SUBURB,(ST)_Terrorists have fired a mortar round on Damascus suburb of Jaramana, killing a child and wounding 6 civilians, a police command source declared on Friday.

The source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as citing that the mortar round fell in Daf al-Sakher quarter in Jaramana city where a 5-yerar-old boy was martyred and 6 civilians, including 3 children ages 5-8, wounded.

The mortar fire caused damages at the scene.

On November 22, a young man was wounded in mortar attack on the same quarter which is adjacent to the flashpoint Ein Tarma area.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria, world media reports confirm.
