Capitals (ST): The Corona virus has killed more than 5 million and 383 thousand people around the world since its outbreak began in December 2019, according to the latest statistics from the American World Meters website.

According to the website, the total number of corona infections around the world has so far reached 2,764,33537 cases, and the total deaths have reached 5,383,502 cases, while the total number of recoveries from infection has reached 24,7961,572 cases.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 830,223 deaths out of 521,51019 infections, followed by India with 478,061 deaths out of 347,58078 infections, and Brazil third with 617,948 deaths out of 222, 19,477 infections.
