More than 150 children in sports and educational activities in the summer camps in Al-Hasakah

With the participation of more than 150 children, the pioneering summer camps, which were launched on the 26th of this month, continue to implement various artistic, sports and educational activities in the Oasis Park in the city of Hasakah.

During a tour of the Vanguard Summer Camp, the Governor of Al-Hasakah Ghassan Khalil explained that the participation of children in these camps is a message that confirms the continuation of the march of science, progress and the correct upbringing of generations despite the daily attempts of the (Qasad) militia to stop this march through its continuous violations and its seizure of the Vanguard camp in the Salhiyah neighborhood and its sabotage and transformation for purposes that serve its interests.

Khalil called for the necessity of paying attention to the children participating in these camps, rehabilitating them and developing their talents, as they represent the future of Syria.

For her part, the secretary of the Vanguards of the Baath Organization branch in al-Hasakah, Teodora Murad, said in a statement to SANA reporter, “We set up the camps in the gardens after the (Qasad) militia seized the main camp in the Salhiyah  . Murad added, “We are continuing our summer camps for children, especially as the number of children is rising, and this encourages us to continue by creating safe spaces and a space of joy and entertainment for the participating children.”

The Secretary of the Al-Hasakah branch of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party, Eng. Turki Aziz Hassan, and the provincial police chief, Brigadier Mahmoud Junaid, participated in this tour.
