More infections and deaths from the Coronavirus are recorded in the world

Germany recorded 15,741 infections and 138 new deaths from the new Coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.

On November 22, the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases stated in its latest data that the total number of HIV infections in the country has so far reached 918,269, and the total deaths reached 14,022 cases.

In Portugal, the health authorities ’latest statistics showed that the total number of Corona infections rose to 255,970 and the total deaths to 3,824 cases.  6,472 new infections and 62 other deaths were recorded during the past twenty-four hours.

Portugal’s Prime Minister Antonio Costa announced plans to ban domestic travel and close schools in an attempt to curb the spread of the Coronavirus before Christmas.

Costa said: “We still have a very large number of cases that pose a threat to our health.”

The Brazilian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 32,622 new infections and 376 deaths from the Coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.

Reuters quoted the Brazilian Ministry as saying in its daily report that the total number of Coronavirus cases in Brazil has so far reached 6052786 cases, and the total deaths have reached 168,989 cases.

 Brazil is ranked third after the United States and India in the list of countries most affected by the virus in terms of the number of infections and second after the United States in terms of deaths.

In Mexico, the Ministry of Health recorded 6,426 new infections and 719 deaths from the Coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours, bringing the total number of infections to 1,025,969, and the total number of deaths to 100,823.

 It should be noted that Mexico is among the ten countries most spreading the Coronavirus in the world, and it has also recorded the fourth largest death toll in the world after the United States, Brazil and India.
