More condemnations of the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territories

Czech Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek has demanded an immediate halt to the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territory.

“The Turkish aggression violates international law and threatens the political process to resolve the crisis in Syria,” Petricek said in a statement to the Czech media after a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg on October 14.

The Head of the European Commission in the Slovak Parliament Lubus Blaha said that the Turkish aggression is a flagrant violation of international law.

“The international community must act immediately to stop the Turkish offensive,” Blaha told SANA correspondent in Prague.

Blaha expressed his support for Syria in defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He noted that the European Commission in the Slovak Parliament will work to alert Turkey to its aggression and punish it for its crimes in Syria.

He stressed that the Syrian Arab Army is the only protector of Syrian citizens.

The World Peace Council also strongly condemned the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territory and called for the withdrawal of all occupied foreign forces from Syria.

The council expressed its full solidarity with the Syrian people against terrorism, occupation and aggression.
