More 229 Wanted persons Turned themselves in to Competent Authorities in Aleppo, Homs

GOVERNORATES,(ST)- Status of 120 wanted persons who turned themselves and their weapons in to competent authorities in Aleppo, after they pledged not to do any act that undermines the country’s security.

Speaking on the occasion, the governor of Aleppo Mohammad Wahid Akkad called on all Syrians to be hand in hand to build what was wrecked by terrorism and restore security and stability to Syria and ensure a decent life for its children.

For his part, the Mufti of Aleppo, Dr. Mahmoud Akkam said that all Syrians must be ready y to defend the homeland and protect it against all evil schemes.

Many of the released persons expressed “ regret over what they have done in the past,” stressing that the homeland is the most expensive and the dearest of all, calling on the misled to redeem and return back to build up the nation. “

In Homs, status of 109 wanted men from al-Qaseer, al-Qaryateen, al-Hosn, Taldo and Talbeseh villages, was regularized after they  turned themselves and weapons in to competent authorities and pledged not to undertake any action that would prejudice the security of the homeland.
