More 131 Gunmen Surrendered in Homs Countryside , Status Regularized

HOMS,(ST)_  Status of  131 gunmen  involved in the current events in the country, from Homs and its countryside, was regularized,  after they  surrendered to competent authorities and pledged not to undertake any action that would prejudice the security of the country and the citizen.

Homs  governor Talal  al-Barazi stressed during a meeting with  the redeemed persons that  Syria accommodates all of its people  and that the government  is ready to provide all facilities and procedures that will speed up the process of national reconciliation.

The governor pointed out that the national reconciliation process,  taking place  in all  Syrian areas  is but an  evidence  on the Syrian people awareness to preserve  the country  social fabrics  against  takfirists  .

For his part, Homs Baath party branch secretary  Subhi Harb , noted  that  the role of the Presidential pardoning decrees  in availing the return of misled Syrians  to the right path,  calling on those  whose status were regularized to contribute to the reconstruction and building of renewable Syria and confront  impeding schemes.

For their part, the  redeemed persons  noted  facilities provided to them by the competent authorities, enabling them to  lead normal life.

Most of the   persons  who surrendered themselves and their weapons   are from Mukharram al-Tihtani village, 6 Km, west of Mhardeh city.

On November 15, other 272 wanted persons from Damascus and its countryside, Aleppo, Homs and Idleb surrendered themselves to  competent authorities to regularize their status.
