Mohallabiah with Milk and Almonds

Ingredients

4 cups water or 1000 ml

4 tablespoons white rice flour

1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

4 tablespoons NIDO Full Cream Milk Powder

1 cup ground almonds or 100 g

½ teaspoon ground cardamom

2 tablespoons rose water

Preparation

1- Add water, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, NIDO milk powder, ground almond, cardamom and rice powder to a large saucepan. Bring to boil under constant stirring.

2- Reduce heat and simmer while stirring for 10 minutes. Stir in the rose water and remove from heat.

3- Pour Mohallabiah into cups.

4- Garnish with almonds and serve.
