Mizntsev: Kiev plans to kill civilians near Odessa with the aim of blaming the Russian army

The head of the Russian National Center for Defense Management, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mizntsev, announced that Kiev plans to kill Ukrainian civilians near Odessa with the aim of blaming the Russian army.

“According to reliable evidence, the National Security Service of Ukraine is planning another brutal provocation with the aim of accusing the Russian army of committing war crimes such as the mass killing of civilians in the Odessa region, and a unit of the Ukrainian Security Service dressed in Russian uniforms will be tasked with organizing the killing of local civilians,” TASS news agency quoted Mizntsev as saying today.

Mizntsev stressed that photos and videos showing the scenes of the attack allegedly perpetrated by Russian soldiers will be published immediately by Ukrainian and Western news agencies for propaganda purposes.

Mizntsev stressed that Kiev’s preparations to commit such provocations revealed the inhumane attitude of the authorities towards the lives of Ukrainian civilians and their complete disregard for morality and international humanitarian law, warning “the US-led countries of the so-called “civilized West” that Russia has real evidence of the Kyiv regime’s preparations to commit more horrific crimes.
