Miqdad discusses with his Jordanian counterpart increasing cooperation in various fields

New York (ST): Dr. Faisal Al-Miqdad, Foreign and Expatriate Minister, discussed in New York today with his Jordanian counterpart, Ayman Al-Safadi, the steps that the two countries can take to increase cooperation in various fields and ensure the security of the common borders, in a way that will be positive for the two brotherly countries and peoples.

The two ministers also reviewed the efforts exerted to advance efforts aimed at contributing to solving the crisis in Syria and addressing its humanitarian consequences, in addition to discussing the issue of supplying Lebanon with Jordanian electric power and Egyptian gas through Syria.
