Ministry of Transport operates three flights to evacuate Syrian citizens from Egypt, the Emirates and Kuwait

The Ministry of Transport announced that it would operate three flights to evacuate Syrian citizens from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, calling on citizens wishing to return to immediately contact the embassies of the Syrian Arab Republic in these countries and to register their request to return to Syria.

The ministry said in a statement today that the Syrian Airlines is currently working to program and operate three flights to evacuate Syrian citizens from Cairo, Sharjah and Kuwait.

The Ministry of Interior had called on Syrian citizens wishing to return to Syria on August 16 to communicate with the Syrian embassies in Cairo, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Amman, Kuwait, Khartoum, Manama, Moscow, Algeria and Baghdad to register a request of their desire to return to Syria so that the special government team could prepare the program for Syrian flights within government efforts to return Syrian citizens from abroad.
