Ministry of Tourism signs two MoU with Arab Importers and Exporters Union and Syrian-Iraqi Business Council

Within the framework of enhancing national efforts to promote tourism in Syria, the Ministry of Tourism signed two memoranda of understanding with the regional office of the Arab Importers and Exporters in Syria and the Syrian-Iraqi Business Council.

 

The ministry stated on its Facebook page that Minister Mohammad Rami Martini and the representative of the union and the Council Mohammad al-Sawah signed the two memoranda, which aim to cooperate jointly to prepare and implement internal and external tourism exhibitions, in a way that contributes to achieving the plan of the tourism sector’s directions, takes into account the changes in the tourism market and integrates with the ministry’s requirements in the field of marketing and promotion.

 

The two memoranda also included a special cooperation program to market and promote Syrian heritage professions and provide new markets for them in Arab countries through participation in external exhibitions.
