The Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, Hind Qabwat, met with the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, to discuss strengthening joint cooperation and the support programs implemented by the agency in Syria.
The two sides discussed the ministry’s role in coordinating continued support for the schools and health centers managed by UNRWA, the challenges they face, and means of addressing them through joint efforts.
