Ministry of Public Works Discusses Cooperation with UN-Habitat to Support Training and Urban Development

Minister of Public Works and Housing, Eng. Mustafa Abdul Razzaq, met with a delegation from the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) in Syria to discuss Ways to enhance bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting held at the ministry’s headquarters, the two sides discussed supporting the training of the ministry’s staff to participate in the damage assessment process caused by the war, and in preparing an urban development plan based on the designated electronic form.

Both sides stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination to overcome the challenges facing the reconstruction process.
