Ministry of Culture launches “Musical Incubator” project with five diverse musical groups

The Ministry of Culture launched the “Musical Incubator” project as a strategic project directed to musicians of all kinds to form musical groups with the aim of encouraging and reviving arts, discovering talents, providing ways to advance their professionals, and transforming into permanent groups that support the Syrian artistic movement.

The project, which was prepared a few months ago , has been put into action officially. A special organizing committee, which included a selected group of musicians with experience and expertise, was formed to implement the objectives of this cultural incubator, the first of its kind in Syria, and to secure the technical environment and the appropriate logistical support to form teams based on specific projects.

It is noteworthy that the musical incubator programs are also directed to the governorates with the aim of forming musical groups or supporting effective teams, authors and music distributors to write special works for the incubator teams so that each band has its own musical program and the composer or music distributor has composed notes for more than one musical composition.
