Minister Qadri affirms importance of constant training for individuals in all sectors

Social Affairs Minister Rema Qadri has underscored the importance of continuous training and rehabilitation for individuals in public and private sectors to help them fulfill tasks at high quality.

Her remark was made during a ceremony held by the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of its foundation.

She called for exerting more effort to develop Non-Governmental Organizations to achieve the goals at social level.

368 job opportunities

On his part, Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the IHRM Munir Abbas said that the Institute trained 3100 individuals and held 103 workshop plus 6 exhibitions and created 368 job opportunities in 2015.

The institute licensed in 2007is non-governmental and non-profit association founded to disseminate and develop best practices of human resource management, and to increase the awareness of the human resources importance as a strategic business partner.

It honored several students and trainers and distributed certificates of honor among the strategic partners during the ceremony held on February 3 in Omayad Hotel in Damascus.
