Minister of Transport meets with the Iranian Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization

On October 23rd, the Minister of Transport, Eng. Zuhair Khozaimmet with the Head of the Iranian Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Dr. Sayed Sadiq Hosseini, and his accompanying delegation

The two sides discussed ways to develop relations of cooperation and coordination between the two friendly countries, in the field of transporting visitors and facilitating their arrival.

During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry of Transport in Damascus, the two sides affirmed their keenness to overcome difficulties and simplify the procedures for the movement of religious tourism groups, and visitors coming through airlines, in both countries

The two sides pointed out to the need to take steps that contribute to the religious tourism industry, and the facilities provided through means of transportation, especially air, and airport services, and seek to reduce costs, and provide programs and discounts on transport lines
