Minister of Culture confirms to Hani Shaker that  Syrian theaters have never stopped energizing and renewing thought

During her reception of the Egyptian artist Hani Shaker on Saturday, Minister of Culture Dr. Lubana Mushawah confirmed that the great success and attendance achieved by the two concerts at the Opera House are the greatest evidence of the rapprochement between the Syrian and Egyptian people.

Dr. Mashouh said that the theaters of the Ministry of Culture present authentic high-end art, and it has never ceased to play its role in building and fortifying thought with means of expression, creativity and high distinction, even in the most difficult circumstances of the terrorist war on Syria.

In turn, the artist Hani Shaker confirmed that music is a message of love and peace among all people, praising the love he received from the Syrian audience, expressing his willingness to perform other concerts in the Syrian governorates at a later time.

The meeting was attended by Secretary General of the Syrian-Egyptian Friendship Association Talal Al-Attar, Director General of Dar Al-Assad Authority for Culture and Arts Maestro Andre Maalouli, Director General of the Cinema Foundation Murad Shaheen, Dean of the Higher Institute of Music, Maestro Adnan Fathallah, and Director of Planning and International Cooperation Nada Al-Husseini.
