Military Source: Zionist Enemy Violates Disengagement Agreement, Fires Four Missiles from Occupied Golan against Sites in al-Hamidiyeh

DAMASCUS, (ST)-The Zionist enemy forces Wednesday morning violated the Disengagement agreement by firing four missiles from occupied Syrian Golan sites against a school and a mosque in al-Hamidiyeh site in al-Quneitra province, said a military source.

The source added that the enemy also fired four tank shells against al-Hurriya site and opened machineguns fire on al-Hamidiyeh area wounding seven internal security forces personnel and four civilians.

According to the source, “the aggression reconfirms the direct involvement of the Zionist entity in supporting the armed terrorist groups in Syria and it provides clear-cut evidence about the coordination between the Zionist enemy and these groups at this very timing in which the terrorists are receiving crushing blows by the Syrian army.”

“It is a desperate attempt by the Zionist entity to reduce the pressure being put on the terrorists,” the source said.

It pointed out that “the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces warns against such adventures and attempts to test Syria’s fighting abilities and affirms that aggressive acts like this won’t prevent the army from carrying on its tasks as to pursuit the armed terrorist groups and eliminate them.”
