Military Source Denies Reports that Mazzeh Airbase Was Targeted by Israeli Aggression

DAMASCUS, (ST)- A military source has denied reports that Mazzeh airbase was exposed to an Israeli aggression, saying that the sounds heard in the area were caused by a blast of an ammunition depot near the airbase because of an electrical short circuit, the Syrian news agency SANA reported.

 Multiple Explosions took place at mid night in the western side of Damascus and they were heard all over the city.

Media outlets and social media circulated reports saying that the explosion were caused by an Israeli aggression on Mazzeh airbase.
