Military operations kill more terrorists in several areas

Provinces – Army units on Monday carried out military operations against terrorist organizations in several areas around the country, killing many terrorists and destroying their weapons, SANA reported.

Daraa

A military source said that an army unit destroyed a leading position in al-Menshiyeh and a rocket launcher pad in al-Tollabiyeh square in al-Nazeheen Camp for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa southern province.

 

Homs

An army unit in cooperation with popular defense groups established control over Zamlet al-Mahr to the west of al-Shaer oil field in the eastern countryside of Homs.

The Syrian army air force continued to target the ISIS dens and gatherings in the eastern countryside of Homs central province.

Heavy losses were inflicted upon the ISIS terrorists in personnel and equipment and a number of their machinegun-equipped vehicles loaded with ammunition were also destroyed in sorties morning against their positions in the vicinity of al-Shaer oil field.
