Mercenaries of Turkish regime are injured as result of renewed clashes in Ras al-Ain, north of Hasakah
Violent clashes using machine guns took place between terrorist groups supported by the Turkish regime inside the neighborhoods of Ras al-Ain city in the northwestern countryside of Hasakah due to differences between them over the control of smuggling routes leading to Turkish territory.
Local sources told a SANA reporter that a state of fear prevailed among the people of Ras al-Ain on Saturday evening due to the fierceness of the clashes that took place between the so-called “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” terrorist organization and the terrorists working as military police in Ras al-Ain city. The clashes erupted due to disputes over the control of smuggling routes leading to the illegal crossings with Turkey, which provides them with huge sums of money by stealing and smuggling the country’s resources and selling them to Turkish brokers.
The sources indicated that the clashes in which machine guns were used led to casualties among the terrorists on both sides.
