Martyrs And Wounded On The 272nd Day Of The Ongoing Israeli Aggression On Gaza Strip

Occupied Al-Quds-(ST)- Dozens of Palestinians, most of them children and women, were martyred and injured as a result of the Israeli occupation’s bombing of Gaza City Thursday morning.
Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation aircraft bombed a residential apartment in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, resulting in the martyrdom  of 4 Palestinians and the injury of 8 others, while 3 were martyred and 13 others were injured, most of them children and members of the same family, as a result of a similar bombing on a house near the “Yafa” School in the adjacent Daraj neighborhood.
Two girls were killed and others were injured as a result of the occupation targeting a house on Yafa Street in Gaza City.
A Palestinian was also martyred and 3 others were injured, as a result of the occupation artillery shelling a group of Palestinians on Al-Shaaf Street in the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, amid the occupation’s continuation of blowing up residential buildings in the middle of Mansoura Street in the neighborhood.
The occupation artillery fired several shells towards the northwestern area of ​​the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
The neighboring city of Deir al-Balah also witnessed intense aerial bombardment, while artillery shelling continued on the eastern areas of the city of Khan Yunis, the Yabna camp, and the vicinity of Al-Awda roundabout in the center of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
For its part, the Palestinian Red Crescent renewed its warning of the spread of a cholera epidemic among displaced people due to contamination of drinking water, while 96 percent of the population of Gaza Strip suffers from acute food insecurity.
Yesterday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the ongoing occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip has risen to 37,953 martyrs and 87,266 wounded.
