Martyrs and wounded in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 98th day

A number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured at dawn today as the genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip continues for the 98th day.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation Air Force destroyed a house in the AL-Mashaleh neighborhood of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, in conjunction with its artillery shelling of the town of Zawayda and the al-Nuseirat and Al-Bureij camps, resulting in a number of martyrs and wounded.

The occupation Air Force launched vicious raids in the center of Khan Yunis, south of the Strip, and bombed ambulance and rescue crews during their work to transport the wounded and recover the bodies of martyrs, while its artillery shelled the southern and western parts of Khan Yunis whose hospitals have received over the past 24 hours, the bodies of 30 martyrs as a result of continuous Israeli shelling.

The Gaza Municipality warned of the danger of flooding a rainwater collection pond in Sheikh Radwan, north of Gaza, where the level of the pond reached a critical level due to the continued rainfall, and called on international institutions to urgently intervene and provide the necessary fuel to operate water pumps.

The displaced people in the shelter centers in the northern Gaza Strip are living in catastrophic conditions as the occupation continues to blockade the area and prevent the delivery of fuel to the municipalities, which led to their being out of Service.

The ongoing aggression on Gaza since the seventh of last October has so far resulted in 23,469 martyrs, including 10,300 children, 7,100 women and 59,604 wounded.  About 7,000 people are still missing under the rubble and on the roads that ambulance crews cannot reach.
