Many Terrorists Eliminated by Syrian Army
Provinces,(ST)-Army units continue to carry out precise operations against terrorists in several areas across Syria, killing a large number and destroying their dens and groupings.
Army units targeted terrorists’ groupings in al-Nabek and Deir Attiya in Damascus Countryside, eliminating a number of them.
An army unit killed the ringleader of a terrorist group called as “Ibn Taimiya brigade” and another ringleader of a group calling itself “the immigrants battalion” as well as other terrorists in Deir Salman in the Eastern Ghouta area.
In Homs countryside, a military source told a local media that an army unit eliminated all members of an armed terrorist group that infiltrated from al-Zara village into al-Barda’iyat village in Talkalakh, while trying to attack locals.
The army confronted the terrorists, who tried to attack the citizens and al-Rastan Dam guard checkpoints, killing tens of them and destroying their weapons and ammunitions.
Another army unit crushed an armed terrorist groups between the villages of al- Dar al-Kabira and al-Khaldiyeh.
A unit of the armed forces carried out a special operation against the armed terrorist groups’ dens in Jouret al-Shaiyah neighborhood in Homs.
The operation resulted in the destruction of 3 dens for the leaders of the terrorists near al-Joura Mosque and the area surrounding al-Awqaf building, killing a number of terrorists.
Another army unit clashed with armed terrorist groups near Khadija al-Kobra school in al-Qusour neighborhood and to the south-west of the Blood Bank in al-Waer neighborhood, killing a number of terrorists.
In a series of special operations, units of the armed forces destroyed terrorist dens and groupings in the villages of Serjeh, Nahliya, Jadideh, Abu al-Dohour, Tal Salmo and the area surrounding Jabal al-Arba’in in Idleb countryside, killing a number of terrorists.
In Hasaka, an army unit eliminated seven terrorists and destroyed their weapons and ammunitions in addition to two cars equipped with machineguns in al-Qamishli countryside.
On the other hand, one citizen was martyred and 8 others were injured by an explosive device attached by terrorists to a car near al-Safsafia village in Hama countryside.
