Many intellectuals in France reject what is being plotted against Syria, says Michele Rimbaud

Damascus, (ST) – French writer and diplomat Michele Rimbaud affirmed on Monday that many intellectuals in France reject what happened and what is being plotted against Syria.

During his meeting with the Head of the Arab Writers Union, members of the Executive Bureau, heads and directors of newspapers and periodicals, and the Activities Office, Rimbaud pointed out that he continues through his writings to uncover chapters of the conspiracies hatched against Syria and to emphasize the steadfastness of the Syrian people and army.

Rimbaud talked about his book “Storm on the Greater Middle East”, which was published at the Arab Writers Union, and revealed through it many plots and terrorist acts aggression that he documented accurately.

Rimbaud indicated that there is a new book, which is a joint work with a group of Western, Arab and Syrian writers. He will expose in this book much of the plots that have been plotted against Syria.

The Head of the Union of Arab Writers, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hourani highly appreciated what Rimbaud did in terms of revealing the facts, and what he will reveal in the next book. He expressed the union’s readiness to print the book, and work to publish it and spread its content to enrich the knowledge of the people and intellectuals in the world and the Arab world about what happened in over the past years.
