Manufacturing refrigeration circuit lines for Al Bu Hamad pumping station in the liberated countryside of Raqqa

Workers and technicians at the Operations and Maintenance Directorate in the Middle Euphrates Basin of the General Corporation for Land Reclamation have manufactured lines for the cooling circuit at Al-Bu Hamad pumping station in the liberated eastern countryside of Raqqa.

The Director of Operations and Maintenance, Abd al-Rahman al-Ali, confirmed that the directorate’s working staff carried out periodic and emergency maintenance for the damaged stations and canals to be ready for the irrigation of winter crops.

The station was subject to permanent closure, which leads to a non-flow of water that cools the pump, which leads to  work stoppage.

The supervising technician, Musa Al-Ibrahim, stated that the cooling network was installed with the expertise and efforts of the station supervisors and workers by redirecting water flow  from the cooling basin, and in reverse to the groups operating in the station.
