Mansour: Occupation authorities continue attacks and violations against Palestinian people

New York (ST): The Palestine permanent representative to the UN Riyad Mansour has affirmed that the Israeli occupation authorities continue their attacks against the Palestinian people, violate international law and undermine any opportunity to establish an independent Palestinian state supported by the US.

WAFA news agency quoted a statement by Mansour as saying that the US support for the Israeli settlement and annexation plans is a flagrant violation of the UN charter and the UNSC resolutions, especially resolution no. 2334 and all the resolutions that affirm the illegitimacy of the Israeli settlements constructed in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Mansour called on the international community, the UN Security Council and the General Assembly to shoulder responsibility and implement the UN resolutions pertaining to the Palestine question.
