Malaysia reiterates its attitude in support of the Palestinian people’s rights

Malaysia strongly condemned the ongoing aggression of the Israeli occupation entity against the besieged Gaza Strip, affirming the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

The Malaysian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the barbaric and heinous aggression on the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation is a flagrant violation of international law, including Human Rights Law, and it also contradicts the principles of the UN Charter.

The Malaysian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities to stop the genocidal crimes committed by the occupation against the people of the Strip and its systematic destruction of hospitals and public facilities, stressing the need to ensure the provision of humanitarian and relief assistance and needs to the people of the besieged strip
