The hero martyr ,Major General Faisal Dhaher Al-Arsan was born in Muhassan in Deir Ezzor countryside in 1964.

He was loved by everyone, a brave and generous man. The martyr sacrificed himself for the dignity of his homeland Syria.

He was an example of heroism and sacrifice. And he fought against terrorist groups in most Syrian lands in order to preserve it.He did not fear death..

Major General Faisal Dhaher Al-Arsan was martyred on 11th  of February in 2012 after being ambushed by an armed terrorist group in Deir ez-Zor.
