Maintenance teams have entered Alouk station to increase water pumping to Hasaka citizens

Hasaka Governor Ghassan Khalil has declared that the Water Institute’s teams have entered Allouk water station in Hasaka northern countryside to carry out the necessary repairs.

This step comes 13 days after the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries closed the station, depriving nearly 1.000.000 citizens in Hasaka and its surroundings of drinking water.
Khalil made it clear that the maintenance teams entered Allouk station and started checking the situation there in order to carry out the necessary repairs, adding that water from the stations had reached the main reservoirs in al-Himma but was still at a very low level

He expected that water flow will increase after the teams’ entry into the station.
